I just wanted to thank you for posting Part V of Bob's opus, which I hadn't seen. Sadly, the illustrations don't ccome through on my computer — you don't happen to have them in an emailabled form, do you?

Sorry, I don’t have the illustrations. I checked at the Internet Archive for copies of Part V, but all the copies have is the first illustration, a standard one of the Sefirot tree.
