Gard J. Clark

Clark is the commanding officer
of the USS Dallas (see previous entry).

He is a native of Jamestown, New York,
and a 1981 graduate of
Frewsburg Central School
and Jamestown Community College.
He is a 1985 graduate of the
United States Naval Academy.
